Agile Coaching

I have a great passion for enabling the true potential in people and teams, asking leading questions to challenge ideas and help reflecting on actions and decisions. My passion is also enhancing meeting quality and efficiency, exposing old habits and addressing communication flaws.

My main focus is on people and (agile) values & principles. Processes, process optimisation and appropriate tools originate automatically with the progression of cultural change, when you start to internalise and live your new values & principles.

In my work, I attach great importance to developing suitable ideas and measures individually for everyone and every team. I get my inspiration by participating in various events and workshops, e.g. in the area of agile coaching or integrative leadership. The exchange with other like-minded people is very important to me and a valuable source to broaden my own horizon of experience.

And this is how I work

I continue where an agile training leaves off. Because adopting agile processes reveal impediments in the first place. With an iterative approach based on the principle of “Inspect & Adapt” and regular retrospectives and personal reflection, I support people, teams and especially management to continuously adjust and refine their working methods. I regularly bring in revisions, enhancements and new impulses from the areas of team building and empathy as well as agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Kaizen etc.).

For agile collaboration and leadership to work well in teams and beyond, my main focus lies on communication. In an agile and personal transformation process the way of communication has to change to ensure that future collaboration can be successful. For this purpose I teach various techniques based on non-violent communication (NVC) as well as a better way of handling conflicts. I encourage a living feedback culture by demonstrating a direct and emphatic communication. I support this through the facilitation of individual or group counselling, workshop sessions and the use of Liberating Structures.
