Agile Coaching & Qigong

I am an Agile Coach with great passion for enabling the true potential in people and teams, asking leading questions to challenge ideas and help reflecting on actions and decisions. My passion is also enhancing meeting quality and efficiency, exposing old habits and addressing communication flaws.

My main focus is on people and (agile) values & principles. Processes, process optimisation and appropriate tools originate automatically with the progression of cultural change, when you start to internalise and live your new values & principles.

In my work, I attach great importance to developing suitable ideas and measures individually for everyone and every team. I get my inspiration by participating in various events and workshops, e.g. in the area of agile coaching or integrative leadership. The exchange with other like-minded people is very important to me and a valuable source to broaden my own horizon of experience.
